About CAC
Who We Are
CAC is a provider of the NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SHCEME (NDIS) and In-Home Care service PROVIDER.
CAC established by experts in the community services sector to provide flexible, culturally appropriate care to people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds as well as Mainstream living in the community.
CAC services cover Brisbane South, Logan, BAYSIDE, Ipswich and Gold Coast.
CAC support clients/PARTICIPANTS with their everyday physical and social needs so that people can remain comfortable and content in their own homes.
Our Vision
- People with a disability have a right to a lifestyle which is based on the same rights and opportunities as every other citizens.
- Every individual who is involved in the life of a person with a disability is valued, including families, support networks, friends and the staff who assist and support them.

Our Values
- Our Service will work towards maintaining people with disabilities in their own home within the community with a lifestyle of their choice that reflects the conditions of everyday life valued by the community
